Return / Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on items that are in new condition with the original tags. Return items cannot be opened, washed, used, or altered in any way. If you send back an item that does not meet our criteria, it will be mailed back to you with an email explaining why we did not accept it.

Full-Price Merchandise: Must be returned within 14 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Sales-Price Merchandise: Any items that were discounted from full price are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.Refunds may take up to 3 business days on our end. Exchanges

You may exchange any full-priced items for something of similar value in different colors or sizes only if they meet the criteria listed above. Exchange items cannot be opened, washed, used, or altered in any way. Once an exchange order has been processed, it cannot be edited.

Sales-Price Merchandise: Any items that were discounted from full price are final and no exchanges will be accepted.

There will be a Restocking Fee for all refunds and exchanges on every product that is returned or exchanged. The Restocking Fee will be 12% of the total price of the purchased item and will be directly taken out of the refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping Policy

Once your order is processed and confirmed, please allow 1-2 days for the shipping label to be created. We will send a confirmation email with shipping information after this has been confirmed.
